How to clean a Gas Grill?
  1. Once the grill has cooled, clean or scrape off any carbon buildup on the inside of the lid. Then clean the grill grates to get rid of any leftover food.
  2. Clean or scrape the aromatizers and Heat detectors (if necessary) until everything is clean of dirt.
  3. Use a cleaning brush to clean the burner holes of rust and dirt. Remember not to clean the burners vertically, but horizontally, so as not to transfer dirt from one burner hole to another. When cleaning the burners, be careful at the ignition electrode to avoid damaging it.
  4. Use a scraper to scrape off any accumulated dirt/grease on the sides and under the grate. Place all the dirt in the drip pan.
  5. Use a scraper to scrape off all accumulated dirt/fat from the grill grate and replace the drip pan with a new one.
  6. Be sure to check all hoses for cracks and check for leaks at the gas connection between the LP tank and the tank. We use only soapy liquid. To check for leaks, place all connections in a container with soapy water. Turn off all control buttons and turn on the gas, if bubbles form in the container, then there is a leak.
  7. Use Weber grill cleaners to clean the outside of the grill.
